How often do you service?

We offer two service plans, weekly or biweekly. We will set a service day that will be consistent every week, or every other week.

How will I know when you are coming?

We will send a text message when we are in route to service your home, so dogs are secured (we are pet friendly) and gate is unlocked.

How do I receive confirmation of service?

After each visit, we email you an invoice including two photos; one of the yard and one of the closed gate behind us.

How do I pay?

We invoice upon completion of every service. You may pay the invoice directly through your email or through the portal on our website here. All cards accepted, card on file optional.

What if I need to cancel service?

You may cancel service at anytime 24 hours prior to a scheduled service.

Is there a contract?

No. We do not have a service contract.
